I am writing to you to express my feelings toward Karen Mancuso, who is on of your agents. She sold one of my properties in Cape Coral, and through her I purchased one in Naples - this year. A Fine example of tireless effort and caring for details would be difficult to find. Coupled with this, she has been very approachable with sensible help towards my questions and forgetfulness ( I am 77 years of age).
